Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is the state of Missouri’s housing finance agency and they’re offering First-Time Homebuyers throughout Missouri the opportunity to own their own home with no money down. MHDC provides a grant for the down payment assistance, up to 4%, of the final mortgage amount for the down payment and the closing costs.
